Any buyer would need to survey property, present plan to the building department, and confirm that there is water and sewer at the street. The property is zoned commercial and this use is allowed under the zoning.

Highway 89 is a direct road from I-77 in North Carolina to Galax, Va. It goes by the property and is convenient for travelers. Five miles south is the Blue Ridge Parkway and Bluegrass Music Center. Two miles to the north is Galax where the Fiddler's Convention is held every year. Galax and the surrounding area host many events and festivals. Thousands of visitors come here every year.

Why For Sale

We bought the property from an estate for our son. The property was for him to live and have short term rentals. He now has established residence in an other state. We summer in the area but decided not to develop and operate it by ourselves. It is now for sale.
